Editing Information on a Project Manager's Assessment Notification

Follow these steps to edit attributes on a PMA:
  1. From the Work Exchange tile, select Inbox. The Work Exchange - Inbox opens. This page lists all tasks in your inbox.
  2. Select the PMA task that you want to edit, from the list. The PMA page opens to the Attributes tab. For example:
  3. In the Project Manager's assessment section, enter Details about the PMA.
    Note: This field is required.
  4. You can accept or edit the default Period for response (days).
  5. Adjust the Proposed change to the total of Prices to reflect whether the cost has increased or decreased.
  6. Adjust the Proposed change to Completion Date (days) to reflect whether the completion time has increased or decreased.
  7. To propose a change to a key contract date, click Add row.
  8. Enter Details and a Date Value, and then click Update.
  9. Repeat steps 7 to 8 for each proposed key date change.
  10. You can add other objects to the communication such as communications, documents, files, and notes. See Adding Objects to Communications.
